Can you work without a drawing?
Yes. Bring the worn part or a photo with measurements. Our in-house engineering will draw it and keep the file.
How fast is "fast"?
Simple cut parts with good measurements are often same-day. We'll give you an honest time when you call, and breakdowns get priority whenever possible.
What materials do you cut?
Carbon steel, stainless and aluminum. Tell us the thickness you need and we'll tell you straight whether it's a fit for our table.
Can you get on our approved vendor list?
Yes. We're certified and insured, and we'll send our COI, W-9 and capability sheet.
Can you handle larger orders?
Yes. We cut one-off parts and production runs, so full spare-part kits and repeat orders are welcome.
