Sound familiar?

We know what's slowing you down.

The field never matches the plans

The old curb is a different size, the roof pitch is off, or the wall won't hold a standard bracket.

Crews standing around

A crew waiting on a custom stand is the most expensive part of the job.

Your shop can't do heavy steel

Your sheet metal shop is great with duct, but a welded steel stand is a different job.

Off-the-shelf stands don't fit

Catalog stands come close, but on a rooftop close isn't good enough.

Rush jobs during heat waves

When everybody's AC dies at once, you need parts yesterday.

Commercial specs

Seismic brackets and heavy supports need to be done right, with certified welding.

TDS Fab turns a field measurement into a finished, ready-to-install part, often by the next day.

We have our own sheet metal shop.

Great. We cover the heavy steel, the welded stands and the overflow your shop doesn't want to do.

What does a stand cost?

It depends on size and material, and we'll quote any design. Repeat designs kept on file cost less every time.

Can you work from field measurements?

Yes. A sketch with dimensions or photos from the site is enough to start.

How fast can we get one?

Simple stands and adapters are often ready the next day. We'll give you a real date with the quote.

Do you galvanize or paint?

Tell us what finish you need and we'll handle it or arrange it. We'll be clear about which.

Are you insured for commercial work?

Yes. We're fully insured with certified welding, and we'll send a COI.
